Fun fact about Volte's scar. I originally wanted it to go right through his eye to underneath but there isn't much space below the eye so I chose to add a smaller angular scar on his eyelid. I imagine the sight isn't so good in that eye. I don't yet know how he got the scars.

He’s freakin’ 20!!! He was published in Pojo’s Pokémon back in October 2000 as a fakemon but he has since become just one of my original characters. I actually created him in February 2000.
