HBD to Gustave Caillebotte! His images of sailboats on the Seine near Argenteuil were among his most personal, combining his passion for painting & yachting. ‘Voiliers sur la Seine à Argenteuil' (1886) sold by Dickinson depicts his own yacht ‘Cul-blanc’.
