any tips on improving, i think i'm all right with figures, shading/ lighting not som much

tried doing actual greyscale, atleast for the figure, still pretty bad at doing it for the whole thing. Also I think I have problem with the lower eyelid, and maybe the eye in general too.

greyscale +hardlight is probably the most manageable way to color
give some of your thoughts and suggestions on how i can improve or how to go to the "next step" coz it seems that i cant do anymore than halfbody
