Finally, The tree is done! I spliced it in some layers to add an extra soft parallax effect, also added some more leaves :P

Finally, I do the same process to create more elements from the player layer and the foreground layer, now I make them darker to make them contrast with the background and the player layer.

Then I cut the illustration in several parts depending on the depth and then I fill the gaps from the cut.
Having the illustration divided in layers I export then in pngs and try them in the #gamemaker to see how they work ingame

This just a doodle and I'm not sure if she will be in the game. Some years ago I tried to work on an animation, and she was the main antagonist. She was an ugly, old and clumsy which, but all my friends ended loving her, they found her funny with her old and long moving breasts.

I'm still working with the mountain level assets, I decided the background is almost done so it's time for the door, walls and foreground, I'm aiming for a great sense of depth with that level!

It has been a while since I showed an update for the game. Finally, I've prototype the new environment and the parallax effect, I'm happy with it and I'd like to work more on it, but it's time to make other environments ;)

That project had a big problem (for me): it was too much focused to really young audience, so I felt too limited on the story, also my boss wanted it to be really mainstream, and finally I stopped working on it

In Soja's game you'll find a lot of NPC's to talk and know what's happening during the adventure. She is a very special character for me since I started drawing her 20 years ago and I decided to use her to help the player understand the lore. She's Keine Súrikan

Finally I can work again with the game ^^ (at least untill exams) and I finished the new Soja's 3D model,also I saved an unfinished version to be used as a base for other characters so... her mother 3D model is comming!
