As part of being more inclusive take a look at your environment. Is it accessible? I worked somewhere that had 3 steps into a clinic space - no other way in
We can’t fix everything it’s tough in #NHS. The least we can do is:
1. Have good internal leadership
2. Be kind to each other
3. Ensure basic needs are met

Times are tough in #NHS but I believe there are things organisations & managers can do to help support staff in difficult times
They can’t fix everything going on, but we can look after each other- which is why I’m campaigning for basic needs at work being met @NeedsAtWork ✊
People do not struggle to “engage” it’s more likely services are not easy to “access” - make the design process more diverse and inclusive
