I named her Haru The Lunar Rabbitt~! Her species belongs to an alien race called the Light Arms, counterparts of the Black Arms race.

If all of my silly OCs had a goddess calling the shots from above, this would be her. X3

I knew about Latias's human form from the movie... but goshdangit... the manga featured her way more as a cute waifu! This is adorable! T_T
