Nautical OCs would mostly be Navistian OCs, since their main method of warfare is through naval combat. I have a few pirate OCs as well

Nameless Soldier - Despite being a standard footsoldier, he's seen dozens of battlefields, and embodies the true spirit of the Imperial mindset.
Kizoku (another outfit) - A modest swordsman from Yukiyama, he has mastered his art and drove away many Imperial invasions.
