HELLO i'm back on twitter again, and I have some new art (about time, huh)
This fish, Palaeoniscum, is a foot-long freshwater predator. It went extinct ~252 million years ago at the end of the Permian period.
...i think this fish is shaped very nicely
An offtheme #SundayFishSketch- a little gambusia (or mosquitofish), free of charge!
#AnimalArtistsUnite , huh? I don't post too much art nowadays...
...but I must confess, I am quite a fish fancier!
I know this is a fish oriented twitter account, but my mom loves the local birds but sometimes gets them a little mixed up with eachother- I'm creating a chart with the common waterbirds so she can know all their names!
Here goes a thread, starting with the great blue heron!
Blue runner for #SundayFishSketch- on theme this time!
Blue runners have been immortalized as the names of a certain breed of duck, canned food companies, foodservice technology, seafood suppliers, and sportfishing vessels. It's a good name!
