“Breaking Storm Over the Copse”
Oil on 24” canvas
Protection is afforded by grouping together. Being on the periphery exposes an isolated tree to the full force of any storm but it’s future is assured by being part of an established group. 🇺🇦
‘Nello, resides in a world where a friendship is formed by a charitable act, a favour or a word of kindness. Marvellous: Stoke is an exhibition that celebrates a community which smiles with Nello.’
#MarvellousStoke runs 28 February to 9 April 2022. Official opening TBA.
“Winter Landscape, Keele”

Looking towards Keele, a clay-soft pasture rolls towards the wooded horizon. A landscape currently in transition from grazed fields to wind farm providing 50% of @KeeleUniversity power; attaining ecological sustainability status by 2030.
Only three framed 12” prints left signed by Nello and I, from a limited edition run of just 10.
Selling from @barewall by contacting Amanda.
Move quickly for before Christmas 🎅

“Autumn Evening at Carbis Bay”
Oil on board, 2021
Families are claiming the fading light over Barrepta Cove. A shallow runnel of outflowing streamwater has broadened into a challenging leap with sand-slip sides. Wet pumps; an inevitable conclusion.

Throwback to 2020 when I painted the portrait of the artist that persevered for 48 years, and finally got me into art - David Moore, Des RCA, @PenwithGallery
“Portrait of a Northern Youth”
You’ll chance on him in your town centre. e’s recklessly pulling a wheelie on his mountain bike. He’s tarnished with a misplaced undercurrent of threat but stumbling into adulthood under a bombardment of trashy subliminal influence.
