Unrelated to the previous posts talking about my characters but it's still both funny and ironic to me that after getting my take on Hades drawn out and designed by @micahdraws, the game #Hades gets revealed two months later.
Kento is another character that I've been wanting to making a render of for years since I haven't done a larger character in so long and he's the last-remaining member of the Rock-Aozora gang without a render. The only sketch of him I ever did was from late 2011.
Part of my reason for wanting to make new renders of Aozora/Satoru/Zik is because I'm getting sick of me using these old-as-heck renders time and time again.
They still hold up but jeez they're like all the times Nintendo repeats/reuses renders they had from years ago.
A group of legacy characters I made in Spring 2009 then touched up later in Fall that year.
Parts of them would be integrated into early Aozora character designs.
I've only ever drawn Sakaki in 2009 and then again in 2010- the main Aozora trio and Keisha at least got new art in 2014 and while I had plans for Sakaki they never came into existence.
In summary of what I'm doing tonight cause I feel oddly exhausted (smoothies are _very_ filling, I tell ya):
I'm prepping some models to use as new bases for Aozora, Satoru, and Zik, since they'll be part of a new website I'm planning on.
I mean it would be a good scenario to finally get some art of Jigoku made since he’s a natural foil to Aozora.
D.D. especially, if only because he feels like an alternate-universe Sol-Badguy in the aesthetics department.
