Daniel O'Neill's "Scarecrows, Newtownards, Co. Down" is currently on display at the @NGIreland. I recall first seeing it in 2007 (with Peter Bell) for an exhibition on the fantastic in Irish art. I don't know how long it will be displayed, but go see it if you get the chance.
@hannahlizzie28 Oh, and the reason I recommend it is because I first read it on a transatlantic flight (along with J. S. Leatherbarrow's A NATURAL BODY AND A SPIRITUAL BODY, but that book's far harder to find.
