The most iconic STC artist's journey begins...Not with STC. This is his artwork done for a 1992 Annual, before he was brought in by Fleet, clearly meant to be the American design, it's janky, as it's his first time drawing the character, while being mostly used to drawing humans.
Before we begin i'd like all to take note that Elson is a freelancer first and foremost, meaning he was worked on other comics, such as 2000 AD, and Spider-Man, most notably, the first issue of SUPERIOR Spider-Man.
