- Humor: contrary to what it may seem, Lady Shiva does have a sense of humor. But it's both very dry and very observational. Her little jabs tend to be laser-focused and delivered, again, with total bluntness. It's not "Bwahaha" humor, it's "Oooooh" humor.
- Bluntness: Lady Shiva at her best should never hide anything. She should always speak her mind and express her feelings in very direct ways, without any cryptic roundabouts but also without crudeness. Her words should be easy to understand but often hard to fully comprehend.
Since we're talking about it, here's a little train of thought regarding Lady Shiva's dialogue. To me, writing a good Shiva boils down to four factors: sophistication, bluntness, lightness and humor.
