... and @soulnero185 sure does draw one heck of a handsome Toby and a beautiful Masako. I'm super excited for this issue because it's essentially three brand new characters that I get to tell the story of, and it establishes a *lot* more of the universe they reside in.

The prequel titled "Setsuzokuyo" is now in production and I wanted to show a preview of what's in store - this issue is all about how Toby meets his future wife (Masako) and daughter (Mayu). I'm very proud of the writing in this one, and @soulnero185 is doing amazing art for it.

Thinking about releasing a full size (4958 × 7017) collection of the comics drawn by @mousenoises. You can zoom in and see brushstrokes even. Would anyone be interested in those for a small fee? Anything made on it goes right back into Mouse's pocket for future pages he draws. XD

What an emotional gut punch this panel delivers even with the dialogue removed.

Surprise announcement! There's going to be a prequel issue to What Brings Us Together that showcases the meeting and relationship development of Toby to his future wife and daughter. Can't wait to tell this very personal story and with the help of the incredible @soulnero185!

I'd already shown the sketch of this panel earlier, but it's worth seeing again in color (and with dialogue this time, so you know just what our kindly badger dad is telling his boy).
