Production is underway on the next issue of Sweet Leaves - "The Gift". I just had to show this super cute panel of Sebastien singing in the kitchen while he bakes.

This one will be a touching and sweet issue, unlike the wackiness of El Diablo.

Mousenoises is a big fan of Danger Mouse (like REALLY big), so I said "you should throw him and Penfold in Sebastien's eyes for that panel", and then it was so. Also - did you notice the sauce that made El Diablo *super* hot was just regular ol' Tabasco sauce?

More trivia - did you notice the Kit Kat clock reference on the wall in these two panels? It's a tanuki clock! (I'd like to think his eyes looking away are in respect for not checking out Sebastien's tail.)

Time for some visual trivia about El Diablo! Did you notice Colson's terrible observation powers with respect to the positioning of the picture frame and the cupcake code? They were literally stacked atop one another inches apart. (Note the top of the frame beneath the code.)
