Here’s some in-progress photos: the original doodle, a marker sketch and a sky with masked stars.
@FateExchange #FateFanPrompts 2: Stars
Have some Robin and Sanson cuteness, both matted and unmatted. I taught myself some new watercolour and ink techniques over the project. The learning aspect gives the final piece both an amateurish air and a pleasant warmth.
1) Nightingale. I like the potential design we see on the Chaldea Lifesavers CE. It’s sexy and sporty at the same time.
I had an epiphany today involving #FGO’s Matthew Hopkins design from Salem. This is probably old news but in case it’s not...
I’ve been struggling with Hopkins’s design in the Salem manga. It kept reminding me of something. Game sprite on the left, manga on the right.
After reading through Plague Incident, I desperately wanted to read a fic about Sanson and Sarah’s grim, conflicted journey before Chaldea arrives to save the day. The glimpses we get are so evocative.
I hope you enjoy going on this journey with me!
I drew this very silly little chibi duo of Robin and Sanson on the weekend. The effects are intentionally overkill - forgive me art overlords, for I wanted to figure out some tools and I love glowy shapes.
Needed a pic for my @FateExchange zine profile, so I tossed this together tonight while applying watercolour practice from the last year to digital art.
His ear is too high. It’s still cute.
Playing through the FGO CCC event reminds me why I feel Robin Hood is such a compelling character.
Canon has evolved him into this “everyman” figure who gets dumped in overwhelming supernatural situations and fumbles through. Pics are of two related incidents I’ve read recently
