some friends and i are joking about megaman x8's character designs and shivers says layer's tittyplate looks like a car hood

So I opened up Adobe Photoshop and this popped up.
It would not go away. Even when I closed Photoshop it wouldn't go away.
And worse, it rested on top of everything. EVERYTHING. Like it inherently had "Always On Top" enabled. Which is cool since it took more than half the screen.
