So I was just introduced to the series Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou today... to think I've lived up until now having never known about this, I'm absolutely loving it. (Currently watching the OVA's)
I get asked occasionally if I can film my process, and I want to look into it, but this kind of illustrates what I do: Start with big blobs, and refine in passes. That takes up ~90% of the time, just planning everything until I'm happy, then 10% for lines and color.
The other big 2020 fan-art I had to put on-hold. Looking forward to adjusting and fixing this one up.
@Art_of_Springs This guy, Barret, would 200% have ridden a Reaverbot-Bike, I mean come on.
If I do, would be a good time to make some more stickers and slap this on the front 😂
Last year I read Go! Go! Ackman for the first time, and, before the depression got the better of me, I tried to do a bit of fan-art.
I don't think I'm going to go back and finish this, so I'll post it instead of letting it rot on the hard drive.
Can you guess the vehicles?
Something that I will always think is the coolest idea from Bebop (and others before it/after) : Spaceships using a key ignition system! The tech in Bebop was always so fun and gave me so many ideas growing up.
(Do you know how badly I wanted Rocket Noodle cups to be real??)
