@BoundingComics That's strange since I heard people liked the newest episode. In any case, I'm not in a rush to see House of the Dragon myself considering where it's going to lead. I'm still holding out hope somebody's going to make an Elric of Melnibone show.

@ScriptTrooper There has not been one thing Disney's added to Star Wars canon since 2012 that's been an objective improvement or even a good story by itself aside from Fallen Order. It's an insult to even suggest they've done anything comparable to the EU.

Luke Skywalker is the embodiment of the classic hero. He's remained relevant for decades because he upholds universal values like staying true to your convictions against overwhelming odds and cherishing the people you love. That's why he can never be replaced.

However, it was Luke's attachments to his family that ended up saving him. Star Wars has reiterated time and time again that while unchecked emotion can be dangerous, compassion for others will guide you down the right path. It's what makes Luke's Order the definitive Jedi.

@TheOsseophile If Disney honestly wanted to focuds on new characters while the OT cast is mostly in the background, any story about Jacen, Jaina, and Anakin Solo along with ben Skywalker would have been perfect for that. They screwed themselves over by ignoring the books.

May 25th is the real Sat Wars celebration day, as it marks the release of the first movie in 1977, but I might as well post my favorite stories from the franchise I've loved since I was 6.

@JovenSkywalker They can't silence everyone who wants good content, and EU fans know where to find it. As Disney continues to flounder, we'll keep introducing people to richer storylines that build the characters they saw in the movies.

What has entertainment come to where people pretend a terribly written trilogy strung together with no plan is secretly genius and ignore the merrits of great stories that pay respect to canon in addition to being well written and thought-provoking?

This is the only Star Wars content I accept. Not only is it internally consistent with itself without any ridiculous headcanon, but they all spotlight the best aspects of this rich galaxy far, far away and why so many people love it.
