Here's the designs I did for the creature - I think they could all be used for various stages of forming the monster.

Summoned into the world, usually by witches, the demon takes shape using the material the summoner provided. This demon represents the inferno itself. The pillar of fire that spikes from the demon is meant to offer a glimpse into the hellscape that it draws its power from.
