10. Reflekta

Admittedly I was kinda sad that they didn't go full goth for Juleka's akumatised form and I didn't understand the "make yourself stand out by making everyone look the same as you" thing, but I just love Juleka and had been waiting all season to see her akumatised.

1. Akihiko

P3 gave us Akihiko, who despite being a boxer was nothing like your typical jock character. Then P4A had him dodging bullets while taking shots of protein in Brazil. And you know what? Both of these Akihikos are kings. We stan a bisexual disaster king.

2. Mitsuru

I'm not sure I can truly choose between 1 and 2 because it really is about THEM for me. Mitsuru is just wonderful and subverts the tropes you'd expect of her. She's skilled and humble, strict but not cruel and I hope in future the poor girl finds more self-respect. 😭

3. Aigis

To be fair, I knew going into the game that Aigis was highly regarded. And she was definitely worth all the hype she gets. While there's two characters I personally love more, I do think Aigis is the best character P3 created. Also Aigis/Minato for life (and death lol).

4. Shinjiro

I am an incredibly simple soul. Shinji ticked all the boxes of a trash character that I'd like and therefore I like him. Not as much as Akihiko does though, since Akihiko's in love with him. Looking forward to having more Shinji being alive content in the Q games.

5. Elizabeth

Elizabeth is best velvet room attendant. She could drag me across all known universes and get me killed by accident and I'd thank her for it.

6. Social Links

At first I thought it was a shame you don't have link with all your team, but I quickly forgot that when P3 ended up having the best social links I've seen so far. Each of the characters you meet are people with stories, it isn't just about romancing hot chicks.

8. Minato

The version we played only had the male protag available, but I really liked Minato so that was fine. It was kind of hilarious after playing two games with charismatic protags (Yu & Joker) that Minato is just so done with life that he dies at the end. Power move.
