@LeroyD20 There's a really cool module for DCC where the players wake up worj amnesia, unable to recall who they are or how they got there. Your sheet is a lottery scratch off that at given times you get to "reveal" a part of your sheet. Fun way to spice up this one-shot prison setup!
#OSR XP for Gold question:
In an upcoming B/X(OSE) game I'm considering XP for any gold spent as opposed to "wasted", unlike some people double dipping for GC recovered AND wasted. I don't think it's going to lopside things too much given the exponential XP curve. Thoughts?
@__ThoughtPolice Also, I'm surprised there hasn't been an official Dinotopia RPG, seems like that would be a no brainer given the world building and killer art that was already like a 3.x manual
@HN2DM After the first time I used an Umber Hulk I had to immediately ask "Why do I not use more Umber Hulks?" it's a pretty wild encounter, especially in a cave maze with lots of obstacles
"What religion do you profess, Preacher?"
"The religion the Almighty and me worked out betwixt us."

@ClayWarforge Adventures in Middle Earth has some great Journey rules that can be readily transplanted to any 5e game
@RobertGReeve @MalamoDiamanto @Great_Ktulu @DahgdaC And I think the game already got those bastards quite covered
@CampaignsOld @Macaco_Falante_ @MemesDnd A lot of the monster races had level adjustments, which 5e doesn't want to implement for simplicity sake and I think that's fine. I did like Ibixians though, big fan of Warhammer Beastmen which this vibes with.
