I'm not at all ripping on the artists, actors, writers, or musicians who bring the "live action remakes" to life when I say that they exist for one purpose: to make a billion dollars. They can be fun, nostalgic, quality movies... but they exist to make bank, then disappear.
@PixieDustVibes “Disney” is definitely the new prefix for the company post-2010, so I’m sure since they were launching a new logo for the park they decided to just go for it. That’s why I’m surprised they didn’t do it with DHS’s new logo, but probably because then what about DAK.
To @madnesskingdom's point, we see WDI as content CREATORS; the parks as a "spigot" from which new characters, stories & worlds flow! To us, Parks belong next to Pixar, Marvel Studios, or ABC on the organizational chart – where content comes from...
