TBT: My very first published piece was in the book "Illustrated Stories for Christmas" released locally by the Southeastern Printing Co. back in 1986. Students from the public schools contributed the illustrations. I was SO EXCITED to see my art accompanying text on the page.

@bookpage @SimonKIDS The unicorns and griffins were painted separately and composited in Photoshop. Having them on layers allowed the designer to place them just right with regards to the titling.
