Caught up on a few Marvel books tonight. Had a blast with all of ‘em

Marvel’s letting Aaron cut loose on Avengers with some wild shit. Zdarsky & Checchetto’s DD is gonna be a run for the ages. And Ewing’s GotG is just a blast with some zany, interstellar political antics in #7

How did I not know that Jerome Opeńa did Moon Knight until just now?

Comics are so weird and topsy-turvy that a random one-shot tie-in to a major event storyline can feature some of the best art and stories of said event. Coipel, @LauraBraga_rt James Stokoe (?!) all in one book! The @Williamson_Josh & @DarkoLafuente story especially made me smile.

Pleasantly surprised by DC Future State.

Some interesting books in the mix from some surprising and super solid creative teams.

I’m a sucker for (‘what if’/‘elseworlds’) future versions of the status quo and existing characters.

Finished season 1, so figured I’d dive back into the books as well

Show is actually great fun, but doesn’t come close to capturing the comics’ outrageousness imo

Watching NIGHTBREED tonight, and I am stoked?!
