The image is one of the first results for "Reimu wallpaper," so it could be an intentional reference. However, there is no confirmation of any connection between Marley (@marley_ok) and Touhou.

The image in question appears to be from Pixiv user Marotti (aka "Yukiena" or "侑季えな"), according to a Zerochan collection of images (https://t.co/YdxipPkZ9e). There is a dead Pixiv link attached.

Lux's ultimate is named "Final Spark," she calls herself an "ordinary mage," she copied a spell "Dark Binding" from Morgana and repurposed it as "Light Binding", and has a Sorceress skin. Lux was designed by Shurelia, a Touhou fan.
