Watched Children of the Damned (1964) although touted as a sequel to Village this is more of a reworking of the original story in to a sort of anti war statement by having the children being somewhat sympathetic as the army set out to control them in fear of their power👍
Watched Village of the Damned (1960) the classic sci fi horror that I think is superior to John Carpenter's remake with a great feel of paranoia and dread throughout. Based on John Wyndham's novel The Midwich Cuckoos and followed by the sequel Children of The Damned👍
Watched The Babysitter: Killer Queen (2020) not as good as the first I thought but a fun follow on from the first film going in a bit more of a comical route although I wasn't a huge fan of the ending. Years after the first film Cole can't tell if what happened to him was real👍
Watched Hitcher in the Dark (1989) was hoping this Umberto Lenzi film was going to be a Hitcher rip off but alas it wasn't it's an odd sleazy somewhat Freudian thriller/horror. A rich serial killer is picking up women hitchhikers in the hopes of emulating his dead mom to bang👍

Watched Batman: Bad Blood (2016) not on that top level of some of the other DC animated releases but still enjoyable entry. A follow on from Batman vs Robin it's a bit of a showcase for Batman's students like ie Nightwing & Robin & Stans like Batwoman & Batwing. Worth a watch👍
Watched Cyber City Oedo 808 (1990) the OVA trilogy that isn't all that deep on story but is heavy in badass Cyber Punk action! 3 criminals are offered reduced sentences if they do the dirty work of the government each character has an episode focused on them. Must watch anime!👍
Watched The Aggression Scale (2012) a very good home invasion action horror film with a good cast. Described as "Rambo Alone" by the makers and was surely a slight influence on the recent film Becky featuring thugs invading a family home in the woods looking for stolen cash👍
Watched [REC] 3: Genesis (2012) got to admit I found this one a little disappointing compared to the first two films hats off to them for trying something new but the changes to style and tone really made this feel like just another zombie flick. Not bad but not great IMO👍
