Watched The Invitation (2015) know those parties that you begrudgingly go to & you just know it's going to be a bad night from the get go? well this film portrays that X10 a great slow burn psychological thriller/horror that builds the tension very well until the credits roll👍
Watched The Great Texas Dynamite Chase (1976) aka Dynamite Women a rather enjoyable Hicksploitation flick with a nice mix of action, T & A and a sense of humor. Two thrill seeking Texas gals with a new found hobby of robbing banks with dynamite are making there way across Texas👍
Watched Weekend at Bernie's II (1993) if you thought part 1 was a bit serious well here's the film for you. Bernie stashed some millions on an island so with the power of voodoo he gets made a zombie & dances his way to the treasure via conga beat. 2nd best shark vs zombie film👍
Watched The Hateful Eight (2015) the extended version first time I've seen it since the cinema so I couldn't really tell you the difference but I thought it was still enjoyable a good character driven mystery with a good dose of comedy and lashes of gore to it & Ennio Morricone👍
Watched Less Than Zero (1987) the film that shows even if you're rich and privileged your life can still be a sh!t storm. Not bad 80's drama focusing on drug addiction it has a good cast (Spader, Downey Jr, McCarthy, Gertz) and based of the debut novel from Bret Easton Ellis👍
Watched Straight on Till Morning (1972) the grim Hammer Thriller/Horror that plays out like a twisted fairy tale & I mean that in the traditional way with people meeting bad fates & a lesson not to trust anyone in the end. The use of editing & sound really add to the tension👍

Watched Labyrinth (1986) Jim Henson's masterpiece that is brimming imagination with brilliant puppet work & practical FX. They really don't seem to make dark fantasy films like this anymore that would mix adventure, comedy and horror e.g. Return To Oz, The Neverending Story etc👍
Watched Wishmaster (1997) the fun FX filled horror film that feels like it's from the 80's (I mean that in a good way) directed by one third of KNB FX wizard Robert Kurtzman so you know there's a lot of gore gags in this one & has a bunch of great cameos from some horror greats👍
