Watched Knight of Cups (2015) a very interesting experimental film from Terrence Malick I have to say I don't think I've ever seen anything like it before it feels like you're peering into someone's dream or hazy memory of their life. Made with no script just character outlines👍
Watched Galaxy of Terror (1981) and of all the "Alien rip offs" this one might be my favorite made for $1.8 million it definitely looks the part (thanks to James Cameron's heavy involvement) and feels like a fever dream plus the story elevates it from a standard alien film👍
Watched Triple 9 (2016) definitely one of the best Action/Crime films to come out in the last five years IMO. Director John Hillcoat nailed it making it gritty and dark with some great moments of action & tension plus with an A grade cast this is nearly on the level of Heat IMO👍
@sootygrunter79 @bloodofkirby @kreepazoidkelly @KZvonaric @AlexVorkov @TheProwler5 @HallowsHaunts @GuyverI @FreddysMuse Gotta love that grindhouse world👌
Watched Mimic (1997) the Guillermo del Toro joint that was a lot better than I remembered to be honest although this is my first time seeing the directors cut. Some good Monster/Bug Horror action here with creatures designed by Rob Bottin the CG FX are a bit dated now though👍
Watched Dead Leaves (2004) I mean what can you say about Dead Leaves? it's a weird, kinky, violent sci-fi anime that's just straight bonkers but most importantly the animation is f@cking amazing. With no memory Retro & Pandy are sent to Dead Leaves prison can they escape alive?👍
Watched Grimsby (2016) like most Sacha Baron Cohen films this was equal parts funny and disgusting so if you're a fan of crude humor (like I am) you'll probably like this. After missing for 20 years Nobby finds his long lost brother Sebastian who has basically become James Bond👍
@EW Captain America
Iron Man
Quicksilver
Scarlet Witch
Vision
The Falcon
Watched 30 Years of Garbage: The Garbage Pail Kids Story (2017) as a kid who hated doing chores at age 6 I remember mowing lawns to get more of these damn cards that's how good they were! Well done comprehensive telling of the beginning, politics & lasting legacy of GPK👍
