While people of the west countries celebrate as their Saint of Love, St Vallentine(about whom I knew nothing until I was 12,5),some Greek Orthodox proposed as our answer to the west"St Akylas & Santa Priscilla"to be our Saints of Love.Their celebration's day is February the 13th.
