Kōtarō Ogata / 緒方 光太郎 is one of the graphic designers who worked on The King of Fighters 94 (and 95) to have joined the team behind Daraku Tenshi / The Fallen Angels. He animated Terry in KOF 94 and 95 then Taro in Daraku Tenshi.
Regarding the SFII flyer illustration, Akiman painted it at his parents' home on New Year's Day. At the time, he was working at Capcom as a graphic designer and was afraid that it would be frowned upon to do this illustration in the company's offices.
