Some kind of elite scout unit, this is where your padded flak armour is at.

@40KTheories You can but they don't even get a chapter tactic equivalent. Cool to still be able to have them as a fluffy allied detachment for BT/INQ armies.

Wish they'd actually do minis for all the other unit types that were developed, all that design work just sitting there unused.
