Jet wants to be better than Sonic in terms of speed, one of Sonic's areas. They are both mutually competitive in this goal of wanting to be the fastest. A goal they both take seriously especially when failure is dealt to either one of them. It builds up across both Riders games.

I will never stop praising Sonic Universe. These comics in particular are some of my favorite stories in the series. They are also my favorite comics in the whole series. I love them dearly and it hurts they ended so abruptly. Nothing has filled the void. Much love regardless.

It's expected of Sonic to be free. It's expected of him to not stay in one place. No background characters stop him from doing that and he's still a respected hero. But Amy must stay despite having essentially the same motivations as Sonic? Would you want that for Sonic? (4/4)

Oh, and that's not the only one either. Remember that weird scene where Sonic brings up Shadow about Eggman's plans? Handled completely differently. Thank you again, TSR sub.

There are many things I love about this Shadow and I would love for him to return. I think sometimes we focus too much on the brooding side of him when his character has multiple layers. And I'm glad Archie explored those layers in a realistic and progressive way.

I love how they remember his job is supposed to give hope and happiness to humanity. That's not just about fighting. I like that Shadow is able to relate to those like him and want better for them. Battle shows us Shadow doesn't want anyone to go through the same pain he did.

My boy is slept on so hard it's unbelievable.

Everyone can stan '06 Shadow, Heroes Shadow, and SA2 Shadow all they want.

But NOBODY will stan Sonic Universe Shadow as much as I do. Nobody. Not a single person.

Don't know how many feel the same but I feel like Blaze and Cream's friendship is more developed and entertaining than Blaze and Silver's. It feels like no matter how many times they stick Blaze with Silver their friendship remains in the same uninteresting state.
