@Dave_Hone Even designs not accurate don't bother me, I loved Land Before Time not because the animals were drawn accurately. The fact my designs are more or less accurate, lies solely in fact I've privilege to work in research, and have time and education to be on top of sci-literature.
For me art comes before paleo accuracy. I like reducing everything to simple principal components: lines of action & strong colours. Accuracy's frequently changeable/intangible, can't satisfy everybody. My art engagement increased once I stopped worrying & just embraced my style. https://t.co/KVmImYcpnJ
Wild I've been doing palaeoart for almost a decade, with really small following, but for some reason got noticed and exploded in online attention last year, just after starting my PhD.
