A major struggle point for me was the queen's face. My biggest breakthrough was when I bought a bluray drive to go frame by frame at max res for reference. I even found rare concept art on the 1991 laserdisc release I'd never seen before to help me out. Jim Cameron is crazy good.
You can see it went through a ton of iterations. Many lessons learned through intense hyperfixation and just bashing my skull at it. Brute forcing the illustration to be good with a shaky foundation is miserable but I'm glad I saw it through.

Randos getting a bit too comfortable shitting on things artists make for fun. If it aint your taste, move on or at the very least use a screenshot instead of qrting the artist directly to be an asshole. Rude as hell.
