I think "heavy restraint" means the situation damsels can't move well in spite of whether there are many tapes on them or not. :3
シンプルに破断強度が高いアイテムを凄く使うのが好き。ただし無茶苦茶なシチュにどうしてもなる･･･
I like to use strong restraints, but it's difficult to make short stories which have such scenes naturally..
