Most people won't notice (and that's a good thing) that the OVA's backgrounds were mainly handled by a first-time art director like Shiori Iwahara, as opposed to Ryo Kono who'd commanded the operations for all Mob so far but happened to be too busy. Same as ever, in a good way.
