But the subtle scenes are nice as well, like this cooking bit. BokuMachi's just all around well put together.

On that note, it's impressive how Hosoi's designed two shows this season that are so different yet still feel hers.

Even the short action cuts in Dimension W have Ebata's captivating snappy timing. The big fights should be great.

Best 2016 anime action scene so far: fat man attacked by woman armed with marshmallow.
