Zer herself was already an exhausting character (non-lemury, round, movable ears; rat feet with long claws; etc.), but the massive influx of carbon copies was the worst part. It was virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find search results for "lemur" that weren't either of Zer or a ripoff. 🙄

FOR ANYONE WHO DIDN'T LIVE THRU THIS ERA:

It all started with this character, who became a super popular artist during The Edgelord Era™, & then suddenly a million "Lemur" OCs popped up that all looked like her: giant black koala ears, solid white "albino" bodies, tattoos, etc.

(Granted, this is literally every sifaka species, but HEY ANY TIME I GET TO SEE SIFAKAS IT'S STILL EXCITING TO ME!! 🤣)

1. My *PREFERRED* medium, out of ALL art, is actually ▪️PIXEL ART▫️!! I find it unbelievably peaceful & relaxing, which isn't something I can say about any other form of art. 8'D

If I'm not doing pixel art (WHICH IS 99.9% OF THE TIME, SADLY 8'3), I usually prefer doing trad!
