Ridley can charge Plasma Breath only for 26 frames. During that time, the special hurtbox on his mouth grows. When the move is released, the hurtbox keeps its last size and stays active during the first 9 frames of the release animation and the first fireball is released on 14.

#SSBU_META_KNIGHT USmash hit 3 has more vertical range (and can't trip to begin with so 0% trip chance still)
