Late night sketch of electrode tonight. I put voltorb on here too just to put the whole evolution line up but I drew voltorb a few days ago.

I've always wanted to try a sort of thick line, pastel colours, soft sort of art style. so tonight I did.
I'm not sure how I like it, if I like it at all, but it was fun to try. I think I could have maybe made the lines thicker? I don't know.

@TSenkari @BurnMeBaby_420 @arvalis This would be my most dramatic. 2017 to 2020, then 2015 to 2022. Granted, I poured a ton of my practice into backgrounds.

2023 was sadly a light year in art for me due to most of my time being devoted to working on school and settling into a new job. But I did make a few pieces, and these are those pieces. I plan to work a lot more in 2023, so please keep an eye for more work!

For the record, barring a few doodle pages this is what I consider to be the start of my art journey (left). A few years back I redrew it (right) just to see how far I've come.

Maybe I'm due for another redraw.

We all start somewhere. This isn't my best work but its hopefully a piece I will look back on and feel happy was a part of my journey.
