I painted this deer to further test out this new style. Specifically to see if I could integrate the long legs well into the shape language of the composition to create a cohesive and well balanced picture.

I saw @RaizeFloof post this character shared on a discord server an enjoyed the design so much that I wanted to try painting him. In general I'm a fan of Pokémon fashion as a genre.

This is probably best described as fanart of Croix, a character co-owned by @sinto_j and @Wraithpike . Though I might have made him look a bit more heroic than I usually see him depicted as. (:

I decided to try out this new style by translating my favorite Pokémon into this style. I also designed some fitting clothes to match the general theme of my art.

This is my character presented in a different style, which highlights individual shapes. I like how this style turned out a lot.

It's been a while, because I had a few months of feeling unable to get any paintings done. I made this as an easy painting to get over my self imposed high standards. It's in my old naturalistic style, which I've been trying to move away from lately.

@beigriff @D_E_S_R Here are three of my pictures. The first age 20, then age 25 and the third age 30. I think I made my biggest improvements skill wise from age 26 to 28. Though I hope I'm still getting better. (:

I made a portrait for @Reptilian_Orbit to try out a slightly different painting technique. I'm considering focusing on doing more portraits like this again. (:
