Yo; what up?

I spent this afternoon doing some practice with @SnakeGremlin's little snake guy. I bit different style than usual, as I'm trying out to go away from the realism some more to have additional fun. :D

Last year at Eurofurence I found an Artist in the Artist Ally, who had drawings I enjoyed a lot. Today I saw that he still has less than 150 follower on twitter, so I decided to spend my evening creating something to motivate you to go follow him @GanryuArt. (:

I've been practicing doing commissions with the help of @WagaDraws. This painting is the result of a practice run. Pretty happy with how this turned out, so I might soon start taking actual commissions. (:

Study of the week: Lucien Victor Guirand de Scévola - Roses

I switched up my approach again to see if I can speed the whole up while still ending up with the same results. I didn't get the proportions right, but otherwise it turned out well. (:

@CrestfallenArt1 I unfortunately don't have a full recording for that one, but it worked in a very similar way. Here's some stages I saved. For that one too, I started out with the simple shape of the character and just added things required to push a direction. (:

After being in a bit of a slump with painting, I finally found my way back into a routine. For this painting I took my recent painting with the wolf and the hare as a starting point and then took inspiration from Beth Cavener Stichter's sculptures.
