This may be a stretch but I think splat 3 will have space/the moon be a plot point,,,

-moon was added to show up during fests
-tartar concept shows spaceman (also has a logo similar to “NASA”)
-salmon run stage with rocket
-spacemen were in early Splatoon concept art

I like how the idols are loosely based off of their va’s, like Marina’s va (Alice peralta) has a pet cat and Marina canonly has a good relationship with Judd 😭

There were some really cool splatfest collabs but tbh I think I’d rather prefer In-game gear instead of a one time fest 🤔
