They did the expressions and mouth movement in-resolution this time and I think it looks infinitely better. Massive improvement. Still some of the pixel-bending in the flash puppets, but still not even close to as bad with the expressions looking how they do.

Just for fun, I wanted to show the animation process I've adopted over time. Sometimes I skip the first stage and jump right to stage 2, but the rough sketch of the motion helps sometimes. Had the stages all saved, thought it'd be fun to share.
