They did the expressions and mouth movement in-resolution this time and I think it looks infinitely better. Massive improvement. Still some of the pixel-bending in the flash puppets, but still not even close to as bad with the expressions looking how they do.

Just for fun, I wanted to show the animation process I've adopted over time. Sometimes I skip the first stage and jump right to stage 2, but the rough sketch of the motion helps sometimes. Had the stages all saved, thought it'd be fun to share.

Tried my best to adapt Jim Carry's Eggman to the Mania style, lot of fun but that flight suit is VERY detailed in contrast to the simplistic roundness of the OG doc. #sonicthehedgehogmovie

Going to be implementing compatibility with the Kirby mod after the moveset is done too, which version of the ability hat should I go with for that? (Poll in replies)

On the days where I wasn't able to do much in the way of animation, I experimented with some alternate pallets. These were fun!
