You can actually see “that type” of Aang in the unaired pilot episode. He had a whole different personality. He was arrogant, showing off, loves to use his powers, and was rude to Katara when she would try to talk to him. I’m glad it was changed 😂 https://t.co/oBMG5zEx0C
Aang’s introduction in 2005 was revolutionary. In an age where male kid protagonists were aggressive, cocky, & tough, our main character was a vegetarian pacifistic softie who wore flower crowns and made jewelry. It defied a lot of the traditional blueprint for male protagonists
Queen Elizabeth died at 96 but Aang was 112 and had glowing skin. Sounds like a skill issue to me 🤷♂️
“The Desert” is the wildest episode in Avatar. Sokka was drunk, Aang wanted to kill everyone , toph couldn’t sense anything, and Appa was kidnapped 😭 Katara really saved them all big time.
