In 9 months, he became the youngest fully realized Avatar, he mastered waterbending & energybending , was proficient in earth and fire, learned seismic sense, defeated volcanos, humiliated grown masters, destroyed militaries, oh and he didn’t hit puberty yet
sometimes I cry thinking about how in family holidays, Zuko spends time with Ursa and Iroh, Katara & Sokka visit their grandma and Hakoda, Toph visits her family, Suki goes back to Kyoshi island, and Aang just stands there in the void knowing he has no one waiting for him
Aang is Korra’s biggest fan to me, she restored the Air nation which was his biggest dream “but she lost her connection!” Let’s not act like Aang himself cared about the past avatars - he willingly disconnected from his past lives in the comics. If anything he’s happy for her.
