A view of & the river from the bridge, out with the on the hottest day of the year so far! I really struggled with this one! Finally caught the quality of light I saw first thing-but remind me not to do a big open river view ever again!

Watercolour 32 x 40cms - Some paintings just ‘arrive’, effortlessly, like the morning light; I thought I would have to work on this some more, but it suggests the quiet of the start of the day that I was after, so I may leave it alone?
