Whew, took a while for me to get back to this. As expected, I was unhappy with the muzzle shape, and I adjusted/rebuilt every panel. But I think it's nearly ready to lay out and cut.
Gonna make another attempt at a shark head.
I'd done some sketching and thinking earlier, today was the first "dissociate into the CAD dimension for several hours" phase. Basically every detail will need to be tweaked and redrawn, but I'm pretty happy with how it's going.
A set of bronze scale earrings and bracelet, which I just shipped out as part of a big batch of orders. I got a bunch of photos of little gifts like these to sort through and post over the next couple days.

Finally trying my hand at a canine again. Going for just a muzzle mask here, modeling it after a wolf. It's not quite there yet, I think I'm struggling with the width/cross-section toward the middle and front. Time to put it down and see how it looks in the morning.

Working on a plague doctor hood. You can probably tell the spots where the geometry was giving me trouble, but I think I got it looking good, and I think it'll come together correctly.
I think this model is ready to unroll! I redid the muzzle to be able to better portray the real-life coloration near the nose. The nose itself I'm just going to need to form by hand, so I'm leaving that hole in the model.

Testing out making #leather masks sized to fit #fursuit heads, and I think it worked pretty well! I think I'll have a small stack of them at my table at Anthro New England!

Designing a big lamp that'll be made out of thin laser-cut plywood. This feels a bit out of genre for me these days, but it's a revival of a project from 2013. Partnering up with the group I did the original for and making a new version of it.
I've been working on new masks in preparation for vending at @arisia later in the month. This will be a smaller version of the big dragon hood I made back in 2018. Gonna put it down for the evening and see if the shape still looks good in the morning before I move on with it.
Last weekend I was in NYC to see a couple shows, and I stopped by the Met to see their Last Knight armor exhibit. Saw a lot of gorgeous metal work, and I've got a pile of photos to sit on for inspiration.
