"Slam Dunk" ep. 58: Sakuragi and Maki are the only ones holding up at this point as all the players are really tired. Kiyota misses 2 free throws, Sakuragi saves the ball from going out once again and there are only 45 seconds left... who will win?

"Slam Dunk" ep. 57: Anzai orders Akagi, Rukawa, Mitsui and Miyagi to mark Maki at the same time and Sakuragi to mark Jin and make the shots. In one of the plays, Maki fouls Sakuragi and he scores 2 free throws for the first time. Shohoku gets close to Kainan again.

Akagi takes a bad step and injures his ankle. Akagi leaves the game but then wants to be bandaged to continue playing. Sakuragi listens to Akagi's words, so he will defend as he can.

Team Shohoku and Team Kainan are having a great game. Akagi and Sakuragi make their respective scores and both are acclaimed, even though Sakuragi fell on top of coach Anzai to save the ball from getting out of the field xD

"Slam Dunk" ep. 50: Reporter Yayoi Aida, who is also Hikoichi Aida's sister, appears. There is an arguing between Nobunaga Kiyota from Kainan and Hanamichi Sakuragi from Shohoku, but both are stopped by their respective captains: Maki and Agaki.
